Incubator #3 is a complex, dry and refreshing traditional unfiltered Saison brewed with spelt. Hazy straw to light gold in color, this Belgian-style ale is fermented warm and generously hopped with Liberty, Fuggles, Styrian Golding and Palisade hops.

Pours cloudy yellow with OK head and lacing. Some floral yeast, sweet finish. Well balanced and decent easy drinking session. Light sourness at finish. Tap at Black Squirrel.
