26/11 0.75 l bottle from Gernika green market. It poured hazy golden body with medium sized head when high poured. Fine apple aroma, a bit woody and stale which somewhat adds to its natural feel. Flavor was sour, however too stale. Drinkable, but not exactly good, especially towards the finish which had too much rotten apple, not only leathery notes. Had some qualities, like very nice nice tartness but wasn’t particularly enjoyable.
