This amber and spicy brew was originally formulated in 2009, for South End Formaggio. The recipe is a collaboration between the brewers at Cisco and the chefs at South End Formaggio using grapefruit, orange zest, chamomile and plenty of wheat. This beer is brewed with passion and patience letting the citrus slowly infuse in the kettle before bottling.
