Pours an almost clear amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is citrusy, oranges and biscuity malts. A moderately sweet taste, sweet malts, oranges and light marmalade with a citrusy bitter finish.

Cask-conditioned, at a pub in Highgate 21/5/2017. Deep gold in colour, with a thin, off-white, head. Some citrus fruits, leafy hops, caramel and ripe digestive malts, before a moderately bitter finish. Good.

Cask at the Wheatsheaf in Borough Market. Pours coppery with a beige head. Floral fruity aroma. Med body. Bitter flavor, but it’s rather juicy. Quite delicious.

Hazy amber, white head, grassy citrus. Flavour is grapefruity, a touch of sweetness, hop. Bitter, citric aftertaste. Could have gone being cooler but it’s nice.

Decent and quite session able stuff.
Clear dark golden color with a fine thick white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a decent soft ish carbonation. Good balance between sweetness and bitterness. Citric, caramel malty, some pine and fruity flavor. Ok lasting flavor.

Cask at the Metropolitan (JDW), London. Dull pale amber-gold. Bitter with a little (but not enough) grapefruit, marmalade, biscuit and flowers, and too much dirt. Decently full mouthfeel, but still a grubby-looking and tasting beer that’s rather unbalanced. Unimpressed with this.
