April 2018: 500 ml bottle, from Aberdeen Country Fair. ABV is 4%. Pours moderately sparkling, pale golden colour. Aroma of apples and ginger. Refreshing flavour, sweet apples (but not too sweet) and fairly distinct ginger. Even more refreshing with ice cubes.

Free bottle from Webb Chapel Beer(he thought it was too old) Clear, pale orange brown, very thin head. Iced tea & ginger, bittersweet browned apple skin, malic acid. Sweet, sort of flat, ginger tea, lemon & condensed apple skin flavor, oxidation. Too floral. Too sweet. Thin, sharp, malic acid, flat soda. Okay.

This cider has a nice ginger and apple aroma. The ginger is prominent in the sweet flavor.. It’s alright but dial the sweetness back a bit and it could be better.

Tap at Kaapse 4th Anniversary. Clear golden with white head. Sweet ginger lemonade, light booze, apple juice. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Bottle sampled from Cider Cider. Clear yellow with short lasting white head. Strong sweet ginger, light apple pie, soft sugary, light marzipan, ginger candy. Quite sweet, light tart and soft bitter ginger. Over light bodied with low carbonation. More like ginger beer, but not bad at all.

Cask at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly transparent bright gold with no foam. Aroma is nice and sweet, of apple, of course, and with a delicate contribution of ginger. Body is smooth, full and with no carbonation. Taste is sweet, but without exaggerating. Finish is average but pleasant, with some ginger again.
