Sample at the July PS Belgian Tasting Part 2, 7/13/24. Clear amber, thin off-white head, average retention. Aroma of toffee, raisin, caramel, toast. Taste is toast, piney hop, raisin. Well balanced.

Pour is an almost clear brown with a large tan head. Aroma is candi sugar and some molasses. Flavor is a big candi sugar and finishes with a nice bittering hop. Way on the sweet side with a bigger hop presence than is usually found with the style.
