Pour is a uber clear almost watery blonde with a large white head. Aroma is not much some bready malt and that's it. Flavor is a weird white pepper and white grape. Finish is not much as well. I don't know what Zappa hops bring to the table but this was weird.

On tap at Santa Barbara public market. Pours a clear straw gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has light grass and hay with some straw and light grain supporting. Flavor has lots of grass and hay with a bit of straw and a hint of sweetness backing.
