Can to nonic glass.
Appearance: semi-transparent yellow color with a three finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet wheat, some orange peel or pulp-like whiffs, maybe some coriander - I think, some light candy-esque tones, subtle lemon peel further down in
Flavor: starts sweet then adds that subtle "spice" - what I assume is coriander, mild aftertaste of possible "coriander" and orangey tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability, some smoothness but also some grit from the spice, finishes semi-crisp with a light spicy contour
Overall: was this supposed to be a witbier that Frog Alley thought they could pass as a "Winter Ale?" Well, it kinda works though it's pretty muted characteristics all around. Maybe again and might be passable with some food.

Pour is a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is wheat malt, white grapes and some allspice. Flavor is white sugar, lemon juice and some allspice. I don't know what makes this a winter ale but it was a tasty wit beer.
