Pour is a cloudy blonde with a huge white head. Aroma is a nice yeast ester with some lemon peel and creamy malt. Flavor is a nice spice and white pepper with plenty of yeasty goodness. Finish is a decent bitterness. Never heard of this brewery before but this was a fine saison. Not Dupont level but close.
