2 Degrees of Separation : New England Style Double IPA : Brewed in collaboration with Barclay Brewing (from way up on the East Coast).
This beast smells amazing without being "in your face dank" -- it's got a delicateness to it, but full of bright citrus (almost like the aroma you would get on a mimosa)... The Flavor is the opposite -- it is BIG FRESH JUICE.
The Fun / Geeky Stuff:
Mash Hops: Riwaka
Kettle Hops: Riwaka & Waimea
Whirl Pool Hops: Riwaka, Waimea, & Wai-iti... Finished with Lotus Salvo Hop Extract
First Dry Hop: Waimea, Wai-Iti, Rakau
Second Dry Hop: Waimea, Wai-Iti, Rakau
Grain Bill: Pils, Golden Promise, Oats, Wheat, Acidulated.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is grapefruit and peach hops. Flavor is honeydew melon and grapefruit with a lot of bitterness. Probably one of the most bitter hazy's I've had in awhile. Good not great.
