Guest tap at Cerebral Brewing - burnt gold color - nose of pear, peach, light belgian yeast esters flavor is sugary, moderately bitter (though highly bitter in the finish) - mild peppery belgian yeast character - some apple and pear, white grape - rough and messy.

Pour is a peach color with a large white head. Aroma is some caramel malt and yeast ester. Flavor is some orange peel dusted with white sugar and some caramel malt. Decent flavor but I think the malt bill was all wrong for this style of beer. Still drinkable but not very triple like.
