Silhouette is a rich & robust Russian Style Imperial Stout with notes of roasted malt, unsweetened chocolate, roasted coffee beans & dried red fruit. Brewed to be more dry & toasty than it's American Imperial Stout counterpart, the robust mouthfeel gives this rich stout a lovely velvet finish

Can (10/30/25) from the brewery. Thick, opaque, inky black with light sparkle, quickly fading head, light viscosity, no lacing. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, molasses. Taste is strong molasses, soft chocolate, earthy, sweet, roasted malt. Smooth, thick texture, full body, finish as taste. No bells and whistles with adjuncts, just a straightforward imperial stout. Appreciate the molasses.

Can shared by Joen. Opaque black color. Virtually no head. Smell and taste malts, soft roast, liquorice, dark malts, bitterness. Hmm okay. Nothing special but okay.

Pour is a black with a large mocha head. Aroma is roasted malt bitter bakers chocolate and alcohol. Flavor is the same roasted malt, some semi sweet chocolate and some alcohol. Thick and heavy mouthfeel with layers of roasted malt left on the tongue. Pretty good.
