All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di orzo e di speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma persistente ha una buona tenuta. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il liquido si presenta velato. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. La carbonazione è vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata, con durata sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sulla lingua si attestano indizi di miele, crosta di pane, cereali, frutta secca e terra.

Bottle 750ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG11.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, light moderate hoppy, flowers, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, flower bitter, dry, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110820]

Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, especially mango and peach along with a hint of brown sugar. Sweetish fruity flavourwith a drying slightly bitter finish

Bottle, 75cl. An almost clear one, golden in color and with a dense but small, white head. The aroma is citrusy and piney, lightly malty in the back. Dry and medium bodied, nicely carbonated, and with flavors of pale malts, grapefruit peel and lemon. Some pine cones. A decent one indeed, but it fails to impress. 110820

Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus and dried fruits. Taste is light sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.
