Pour is a hazy blonde with a large white head. Aroma is lemon peel, lemongrass and all other things lemon. Flavor is more lemon, dry chalky malt and a bit of yeast ester on the back end. Kind of a no frills saison but those down under hops give this a little lemony kick.

Pint can - pours a light hazy gold with a beautifully-sustained, thick head (looks fantastic) - nose is rustic grains, light spicy phenolics, lemon cream, citric herbal character - creamy and full in the mouth - dry, spicy, herbal, citric - the slightest bit of buggy funk underneath rustic grains and grassy hops - finishes lightly tart before leaving a lingering spiciness and bitterness on the tongue - with both this and the Perennial Saison des Reves in the fridge, it’s going to be a good weekend.
