Enjoyed on tap at Schlafly Tap Room in St Louis, MO as part of a sampler. Appearance is like apple juice, cloudy dark amber with apple-like hue and not much of a head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, mix of assorted fruits including raisins and maybe plums. This is the 5th one I’ve tried in 10 min so my palate may be a bit busted right now, but it smells good!
Taste is centrally dominated by Belgian yeast and hints of clove with that complex fruit element of raisin, and dark cherries. Really good one, Schlafly doesn’t disappoint!

Pour is a brown with a small white head. Aroma is malts and a big dose of alcohol. Flavor is a complete miss. No real candy sugar or fruitness. Some malts show up and again with the alcohol but that’s about it. Their triple is decent..this not so much.
