Hazy yellow color, with a pink and old view. The aroma is mild, vinous and slightly oxidized. The mouthfeel is semi-dry, only the Vieux Sec is drier; good and complex Mead flavor, with mild honey, traces of wood, light oxidization, and warming alcohol feeling. Good.
