Bottle @ Autumn Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Pours clear yellow with a green hew and a egg white head. Rough nose and flavor. Lots of paper and grain.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are malt, grass and hops.

Bottle. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, hop and a little straw. Flavour is malt, hop, straw, little citrus, medium sweet and a medium bitter.

Bottle: Pale greenish-golden, small white lacy head, moderate to solid aromatic hayish-hoppy nose with a delicate pale-malty background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; lingering dry bitter - with aromatic hops - and slightly sweetish pale-malty finish. Fine Pils....

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grains, some rubber, malts, mild hops as well as some salty notes. Flavour is quite similar. Even though the BBE is Feb 2011 I think this is meeting it’s prime quite much now...

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and Pilsener-blond foamy head. Grassy and slightly herbal hoppy aroma with strawy malt. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light bodied with a crisp carbonation. Soft pale malty base with mainly grassy hoppy accents; moderately bitter and grassy hoppy finish with a mildly sweet malty aftertaste. Profane but drinkable German Pilsener. 29.X.10
