On tap at Princeton brewery. Jet black pour. Small tan head. Roasted malt aroma hints at dark chocolate. Flavor is bittersweet chocolate and spicy hops. Medium bodied . Some warming alcohol. Dry, bitter finish.

From tap. Pours hazy brown to black, deep amber glare. Aroma is roasted malty, breadish. Liqourice note. Toasted malty. Breadish. Roasted malty finish.
