Definition is a classic, no-holds-barred, West Coast IPA. Bitter, bone-dry, crystal clear and absolutely dripping with big, fat, juicy hop character: orange, tangerine, mango, grapefruit and a little “dank”

On tap at Flying Pig in Bordentown, NJ. Clear amber orange pour. Small white head. Toasted malt and piney hop nose. Flavor follows nose. Some sweetness, some resiny pine. Decent.
