New England I.P.A. brewed with Tritcale malt alongside El Dorado, Centennial, and Idaho 7 Hops. Triticale is a hybrid of rye and wheat offering that wheaty quality with hints of rye's spiciness. Bursting with tropical fruit, melon, and some fruit candy notes.

Appearance: dark pale yellow to orange color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: peachy/apricot/mango and passion fruity hop notes with a light sweet wheaty scent and subtle rye spicy tones and a little bit of melon whiffs
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fair sweet and spicy tone to a semi-bittersweet to sweet character; finishes the same way
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe closer to the medium side; somewhat sessionable; good amount of smoothness; light dry tones
Overall: pretty nicely done NEIPA I believe I could come back to.

16 ounce can. Hazy orange gold color. Frothy white head. Spotty lacing. Earthy malt aroma has yeasty notes. Hints of citrus and stone fruit. Flavor is bittersweet citrus and spicy malt. Tangy notes of orange, grapefruit and lemon. Some bitter hops on backend. Dry finish.

Pours a hazy light yellow from a can. Bright floral and honey aroma and flavor. A little bit too flora for me. Good beer.
