Brewed for our Maifest and the arrival of spring, our version is a Munich Helles brewed to bock strength. Northern Brewer and Hallertauer Mittelfrueh hops compliment the grain complexity of the Maris Otter, Pilsner, and Vienna malts. Berlin and Munich lager yeast strains combined to create our clean and crisp celebration of spring!

16 ounce can from brewery. Number one with a bullet. Orange gold color. Frothy beige head. Rich malty nose has honeyish notes. Flavor is sweet, bready malt. Notes of honey, fig jam and herbal hops. Mildly complex with an obvious German pedigree. Quite enjoyable.
