Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, alcohol - whisky, light to moderate barnyard, light wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration, tart apples, apples, whisky notes. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20110805]
