From a plastic barrel @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Unclear light to medium matt orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, alcohol - whisky, light to moderate barnyard, light wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration, tart apples, apples, whisky notes. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20110805]

@GBBF2011. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is apples, alcohol and some vanilla and mild wooden notes. Flavour is vanilla, apples, wood, some mild notes of wood and herbs. Pleasant.
