With spring arriving last week it felt like it was time to lighten up a little so that’s what we did with our newest beer. Wind-Up Bird is a rice lager made to be enjoyed in the bright sunshine with a dry, crisp mouthfeel and a bouquet of floral notes springing from the glass upon each sip thanks to noble hop additions that make it smell like flowers in bloom.

16 ounce can from Hamilton Super BuyRite. Number one with a bullet. Straw gold pour. Frothy white head settles quickly. Grainy malt aroma has floral notes. Flavor mirrors nose. Soft, clean and crisp.
