Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, spicy, flowers, soapy. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110729]

Cask@3rd Stortford Beer Festival, Bishops Stortford. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, small head. Aroma is toffee, some fruity and floral notes along with some slight herbal and wooden notes. Flavour is floral, toffeeish, mild wood as well as some slight caramelly and fruity notes.
