We brewed this one with a solid base of British Maris Otter and Golden Naked Oats; hopped it with moreish amounts of UK Challenger, UK Bramling Cross, and Slovenian Styrian Fox; and fermented it to dryness with our favourite ale yeast from London.

16 ounce can from brewery. Hazy honey gold pour. Large, dense white head. Aroma of fresh baked bread, honey and mild citrus. Tangy, bready malt flavor upfront. Bitter citrus peel, lemon, dandelion greens, apricots. Dry, yet ample sweetness. Interesting.
