12 ounce can from brewery. Luxurious silky pour yields an opaque dark brown pour, topped by a finger-high tan head. Roasted malt aroma has a wisp of roasted hazelnut. Flavor is sweet roasted malt, dark cocoa and a scant trace of hazelnut. A bit thin for such a high gravity stout. Some sweetness on backend. Nothing special here.

12 oz can from Icarus mobile, 1/16/22. Dark brown color, light brown head. Rich and sweet, Nutella predominantly, light roast and vanilla notes. Hides the ABV very well. Flavorful stuff. Nice pastry.
