We all know the iconic structure Lucy the Elephant as many of our childhood memories recall looking at this giant, seemingly out of nowhere, elephant that has a long history at the Jersey Shore. While now a tourist attraction for years to come, the history within the elephant itself has its own stories. From its storied history, and info from @hrhmortimer - we drew inspiration for our Vanilla Coffee Brown Ale.
Using real Madagascar Vanilla beans and fresh roasted coffee, hand roasted by one of the nation's top coffee sommeliers and innovator, we took a brown ale base that is all sorts of fall in a glass. You'll find the most comforting of all malt flavors with notes of caramel, chocolate with a mild bitterness complimented by the fresh roasts of coffee and a warming vanilla finish in this beer and snag it now before you'll wish you stocked up on it!
