Our reoccurring series of beers based loosely around different weed strains, pushed forward by our mad genius brewers, and this time we landed on pineapple. Knowing we had to do right by Dale and Saul, we packed in the Simcoe, noted for its pronounced tropical fruit notes and Amarillo, which augments the orange, pineapple citrus character. A light, nimble number of sweetness indeed.
We then touched it with hemp seed oil which is ever so noticeable on the back of your tongue. Technically she clocks in at 8%, but with a lighter body and silky finish, it’s wildly deceptive. Come try it and let us know what you think
