We really love lemongrass, we put it in our tea, our soap, our Saisons, and yes indeed IPAs. We brewed this one with barley and wheat malts, hopped it with lots of Motueka, Comet, and Hallertau Blanc and steeped lots of freshly dried lemongrass from @OmaHerbalTeas of Schwenksville, PA.

16 ounce can from brewery. Number one with a bullet. Hazy honey gold color. Pillowy white head. Nice lacing. Bready malt aroma. Lemony notes. Flavor hints at crackery malt, mild citrus and yes, fresh lemongrass. Very drinkable and sessionable. Some dryness in the subtle finish.
