Our super dope grisette, Weather Man, returns and this time he is totally oated! We brewed this batch with @DeerCreekMalt and a solid percentage of oats, hopped it with Hersbrucker, Saphir, and Grungeist, and fermented it with our Foraged Yeast Culture. We were stoked on the last batch of this one, and this oated batch pops just as well.
We’re tasting classic Saison Juicy Fruit Gum notes, white peppercorns, our favourite ethereal pasta water, ripe Asian pears, whiffs of anise, miscellaneous herbs drying, and the Saison Joie de Vivre. With 3.3 ABV, you can have fun with this one all day long.

16 ounce can from brewery. Bright, honey gold pour. Frothy beige head. Mild citrus and barnyard aromas. Light and zesty flavor upfront. Notes of cereal malt, lemon pith, dried puff rice cakes, white pepper. Somewhat dry on palate. Crisp and clean. Dry finish has a hint of juniper berries.
