522 Elm Street in Westfield, NJ is the house that Charles Addams, creator of The Addams Family, grew up in. It was between this house, and a house around the corner on Dudley Avenue that proved to be the true inspiration behind what originally started as a comic. There has since been a TV series from 1964, an animated series in 1973, two movies in 1991 and 1993 that we all grew up watching, a Broadway musical in 2010, and of course now the most watched show of all time, Wednesday.

Forgotten Boardwalk Brewing is a Curious Brewery & Refuge, bringing you curious ales & tall tales since our beginning in 2014, and without further hesitation, we're happy to bring you our first ever pumpkin beer for distribution, aptly titled, Wednesday is From Westfield. Snap your fingers, and dive deep into the satirical artwork by Oscar Nominated Steve Moore (Minions, Nightmare Before Xmas, Lorax, etc) and enjoy this 8.5% mysterious and spooky beer! Made with real pumpkin and the spices we've grown to love out of a pumpkin beer, so get a witch's shawl on, a broomstick you can crawl on, we're gonna pay a call on....The Addams Family.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Orange gold pour. Firm marshmallowy white head. Spooky lacing. Aroma of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and allspice. Flavor upfront has the obligatory pumpkin pie spices, but with a twist. Added notes of lavender and baked squash. A bit heavy on the spices. Hints of brown sugar, toffee and a touch of je ne sais quoi. Enjoyable.
