Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a beautiful clear red. The aroma has quite some forest berries atop a bed of honey. Medium body, wood and marzipan with the honey notes being fairly downplayed. The forest berries adds a pleasant freshness. 020911

Bottled. A red mead. The aroma has notes of berries, alcohol, and honey. The flavor is sweet with notes of red berries lending it an acidic edge combined with notes of honey and wood, leading to a dry finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.
