Can sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Mark. Black. Licorice, wine, soy sauce, sweetish and umami, strong bittertnes, alcohol, boozy.

Appearance: Opaque deep brown to black beer with a one finger tall beige frothy head of medium retention. Aroma and taste: Pretty roasted, vinous, hoppy. A classical imperial stout profile. Warming alcohol. A lot of hop in the ending. Mouth feel: medium to full body, soft to average carbonation. Overall: Good.
