Bottle from Cornelius. Hazy deep golden body with a few flecks beneath a thin white head that fades. Low carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of bitter lemon and apricot yoghurt. Flavour of bitter lemon and tart vinegar. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. I found this to be mouth-puckeringly sour and acetic. Not for me.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy yellow. Great juicy apricot, lacto, funky note, latex note, acidic, very acetic. Very nice but way to acetic.
