Draught @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration, 2025. 5 year from the barrel. Early Friday. Pours cloudy golden with a bubbly head. Barnyard and sesame seeds. Funky, dry and crisp. Super delicious. 4.2

[as Lambik 5 Jaar 2020] On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas for the Olambic Games. Pours clear gold with no head. Funky horse blanket on the nose. Flavour has some nice funk, a bit of the musty blanket thing going on. Not super complex, but still a very nice beer.

On tap at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Nose is the usual funk,horse blanket, lemon zest, green apple. Taste is much the same with a touch of lime coming through in the back end.It's good but I've had loads better from this style.

On tap at Peders in Copenhagen. Lots of barnyard, oak, some earth, some citrus, moderately sour, bitterish touch. Easy-drinking.
