Draught at lauter, small creamy bubbly head, light cloudy light re with orange hues, light fruitiness and glue, maybe just a hint of prickley pear in aroma, medium fruit vinegar sourness, lightish sourness. Nice and enjoyable but quite simple.

Can. Nice clear amber, pinkish head. Prickly pear, watermelon, some lacto, mildly sourish, some sweetness, yeast, graininess, bitterish note, over-carbonated.
