On tap at Bluegrass, pours a clear golden orange with a small off-white head. Nose is pure holiday spices, with lots of nutmeg upfront, and a little cinnamon. Flavour is the same, with lots of nutmeg and cinnamon, maybe a bit of clove too. Not very thrilling, but it's done well for what it is.

Bottle 750ml. [ Bottle # 8/77 ]. Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, spicy, nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin spices. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long to average duration, cardemomme. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110930]

Bottle. Clear deep amber with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, spices, cinnamon, cardemum. Flavour is malt, cinnamon, cardemum, nutmeg, fruit, high carbonated and medium bitter.

Bottle @ Morten minus Peter smagning, Ulfborg. Bottle # 8/77. Pours dark ruby copper with a small creamy white head and lacings. Sweet nose of cinnamon and nutmeg - quite spicy. One dimensional spicy flavor with a bit of caramel . . Medium bodied.

fonefan tasting. Clear dark amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and very spicy - cardemum and nutmeg. Flavor is quite sweet. Dry finish. High carbonation. 300911

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, xmas spices, fruits, malt and hops. High carbonation.
