Golden color. Deep aroma of honey, but also fruity, with seducing alcohol, and minimal woody notes. The mouthfeel is semi-sweet, with honey flavor, light oxidization, a hidden fruity vein; the final carries a mild astringency from the tannins. Very good.

Bottled. A golden mead. The aroma has notes of spices, honey, wood, and a bit of alcohol. The flavor is very sweet with notes of alcohol, honey, wood, and spices, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.
