Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Murky orange. Tomato soup, sauerkraut, thyme, pepper, sourish and salty.

Can 33 cl. Amber color, almost without foam. Aroma: spicy, sun-dried and pickled tomatoes, garlic, onions, sauerkraut. Taste: sauerkraut, spices, tomatoes, onions, garlic, a little pepper, not bad.
