Every bar has a "Dave". My local, The Little Bar on the Bridge has more than one Dave, but in a conversation, one of them said Idaho 7 hops used alone have no flavour.
CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!
We present "Aye Dave, Oh 7" a 6.4% single-hopped IPA. We used no bittering hops at all in this to create a super juicy beer. Using only Idaho 7, this beer has notes of citrus, tropical fruit, stone fruit, blueberry, and blackberry.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 4.5
Can sample at a tasting at Lior's place. Thanks Kobi. Cloudy golden. Pretty stale hops, a bit fruity, yeast, sweetish, a bit of bitterness, a bit vegetal.
