Small quickly disappearing bubbly head, clear dark yellow to brown colour, lightly oxidised, spicy and wood aroma, flavor of grapes, waffle and a noticable alcoholic presence. Nothing special, semillon is not a grape with interesting traits that could be passed on.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy golden. Oxidized, honey, cardboard, Tropit, faint wine flavor, quite bland.
