Gezapft im Brauhaus in Zwickau. Rötlich-Braun, eher klar. Angenehme Scahumkrone. Aroma: Malz, Karamell, Geschamck: Süß (Malz), bitter, Karamell, Kaffee. Balanciert.

On tap at the brewpub. Beer in the glass brownish-copper coloured, nice creamy head. Mild malty aroma. Starts mild, malty, modest roasty, light hints of caramel. Finish milder, well balanced, still malty-roasty. Could maybe be more dry, but still okay.

Draught @ Brauhaus Zwickau, Peter-Breuer-Straße 12 - 20, 08056 Zwickau, Saxony, Germany.Unclear medium to dark amber colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, nutty notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, fruity, nutty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110920]
