Can sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Max. Tomato juice, salsa sauce, chili peppers, pizza sauce, sourish, umami, salty. Interesting but not really drinkable.

Tap. Dark red with brown. Aroma: spicy, tomato sauce, lime and orange, lots of spices, chili and vinegar. Taste: vinegar, tomato sauce, lime, chili (moderate), salty, good sauce for food.
