Bière Blanche aromatisée au Gingembre et Citronnelle.
C’est la blanche des Acolytes ! Vous ne le savez peut être pas mais la dénomination « blanche » n’a rien à voir avec sa couleur : l’origine de cette dénomination francophone est une erreur de traduction entre wheat (blé en Anglais) et white (blanc en Anglais). La blanche est donc une bière brassée à base de malt de blé ! La Banzaï a pour originalité d’être épicée au gingembre et à la citronnelle pendant la fermentation !

Bottle from the LCBO.
Hazy yellow pour, with a large white head. Aroma is super bright corriander, and citrus, with a soft, slightly earthy, and lightly spicy ginger note. Mouth feel is soft, and the carb is bright. Low bitterness, bright ginger, and citrus notes, with some soft, semi sweet wheat. Refreshing, and easy drinking, really quite nice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Nika. Clear yellow. Lots of ginger, lemon-lime drink, wheat, sweetish and spicy.
