Cloudy orange amber color, flat and without head. Aroma of malt, some fruity sourness, mild wood. The lack of carbonation is an advantage; moderate malt flavor, with light acidity, light fruity touch, wood, and light residual sweetness; there is a touch of cassonade, it’s somehow similar to Faro, but more delicate and complex, and less sour.
