Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy yellow. Pickled vegetables, lacto, fruitiness, sour and salty. Very nice and refreshing.

Pours like fruit purée, no head at all. Pure sea buckthorn tart tangy-ness, with a bit of salinity and herbaceous notes at the end.
