Bottle 750ml. @ the after-TFODRBSG11 tasting.Clear sparkling, light yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, old apples, apple juice. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, medium dry, sweet sugary apples, apple peel notes. Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear, pale yellow cider with some white bubbles. The aroma isn’t very interesting, there’s some apples and apple cores, but it’s too weak. Quite dryish, medium bodied and sparkling, with apples and a touch of orchard. Well, a bit simple and boring, but at least without any off-flavors. 110821

Pale yellow with a small white head. Very weak aroma of apple with a faint hint of chlorine. Sweet with a thin apple flavour and a faint chemical note. Too much carbonation
