Bottle from Longacres Garden Centre, Bagshot. A cloudy peach colour. Very lively but the translucent white delicate foamed head is then surprisingly short-lived. Thins out sharpish. Aroma is vinous with a citrus edge and undressed malts and candy. Medium bitter. A tartness to it - vinous, herbal, citrus. However a sweet candied fruit and doughy malts soon make an appearance. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft slightly prickly carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Great stuff, especially for a garden centre purchase. Especially as all the other Time & Tide beers were cans in a fridge. This was hidden away on the bottom shelf of some neighbouring units.

Cloudy amber beer, thick white head. Smell is zesty and floral. Flavour has a bit of zest too, grassy hop, a little funk, a bit of a floral twist, a bit of sweet fruit. This is quite refreshing and very drinkable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Hazy yellow. Spicy, floral, some brett, some fruitiness, dry, a bit vinous, a bit bitter. Very nice.
