Appearance: Opaque deep brown to black with a small beige head of decent retention. Aroma: Tonka beans, vanilla, roasted barley, dark chocolate, sweet cream. Taste: Light sweet, roasted, creamy, tonka and vanilla, chocolate. Some hop. Light ending bitterness. Mouth feel: Medium body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: quite good, but not outstanding.

Tap. Black-brown color, creamy coffee foam. Aroma: esters, caramel, spiciness, like spiced rum, vanilla, dried fruit, gingerbread. Spicy taste: rum, sweet spices, nuts, caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, a bit strange, not bad.
