Appearance: Ipaque deep brown with a one finger tall beige creamy head of decent retention. Aroma: Roast, salty caramel, chocolate, sponge cake. Taste: Moderately sweet, light bitter. Roasted, a lot of chocolate, salty caramel, wafers, some hop. Mouth feel: Medium plus body, soft carbonation. Overall: A well-made pastry stout.

Tap. Black color, creamy foam. Aroma: nuts and pastries with vanilla and chocolate, cake and cream, very sweet. Taste: sweet, chocolate cake with cream, coconut flakes and caramel, soaked in brandy, not bad.
